ITEM SOLD A rare & exceptional eighteen drawer, double sided mahogany Partners Desk stamped GILLOWS LANCASTER. Constructed circa 1810/20.

Both centre drawers with the integral fold out reading slopes with under storage space associated with Gillow desks. Full, professional restoration & polishing with new gilt tooled, Burgundy leather writing surfaces to match the original. Pedestal type construction in three sections for easy moving. Knee-hole size: 22.5ins wide. X. 25ins high.

It is quite true to say that in over twenty years of selling antique desks in Ireland we have only very rarely been able to offer a desk of this quality. It really is an exceptional & genuine antique desk.
