SOLD – A 19th Cent. Mahogany Irish Library Desk (1352)

A very good Mid 19th cent. Irish Victorian Mahogany Library Desk circa 1850/60.

Raised on turned baluster legs with brass castors. Above with five deep frieze drawers, with turned knobs, center drawer locking with key. Rear with five faux-frieze drawers to match the front of the desk. The top with an old gilt tooled light red full hide leather, slightly worn but generally undamaged and retaining its original old patination.

The whole desk is in lovely original condition. Polished all round & suitable for standing in a room center if required. Very suitable for a home office.
