An unusual double sided & compact Irish William 1V period mahogany Partners knee-hole desk circa 1830. Constructed in two sections & raised on its original wood castors for ease of moving. The top section with six frieze drawers ( three on either side). The lower section with four large file drawers, two on either side of the 17ins x 25ins knee-hole. A very large, double door locking file cupboard with shelf on the opposite side. The top fitted with a new gilt tooled burgundy red hide leather writing surface. Fully restored, re-polished and now offered in top showroom condition
