SOLD – A Large, Vintage Mahogany Pedestal Office Desk ( 1350 )

This is a very impressive large & heavy 64 inch X 37 inch mahogany working office desk. English early/mid 20th cent.

Seven very large drawers, center drawer locking with keys. Very large deep lower file drawers with removable dividers (see photo). The top still retaining its original Black Rexine faux-leather writing surface, nicely worn but undamaged. Cleaned & waxed, this is very much a professional working desk. Finished all round and suitable for sitting in a room center if required. Built to last, this desk is in general very good condition but with the standard minor wear, tear & repairs expected of a working desk of this age.

NOTE: The desk breaks down into four sections for easy moving ( Top, two pedestals & center drawer frame ). We can arrange doorstep delivery to most of Ireland, but the purchaser will need to assemble the sections together themselves. A very simple task requiring only a screwdriver.
